Job Description

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to provide accurate assessments.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to determine project requirements.
• Identify potential cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Maintain and update databases of material, labor, and equipment costs.
• Participate in bid reviews and presentations to clients or stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends to ensure competitive and accurate pricing.
• Provide support during contract negotiations and project planning.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of estimating experience with a GCCommercial and/or civil construction background
• QSR or retail project experience preferred
• CM or Engineering degree preferred
• Strong analytical and communication skills
