Senior Estimator - Commercial Construction

Responsible for estimating project costs and durations, providing cost analysis, and assisting in the development of project budgets.

Responsibilities

• Estimate project costs and durations
• Provide detailed cost analysis
• Contribute to the development of project budgets
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate cost projections
• Review and update cost estimates based on project progress

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction or engineering
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction industry standards and practices
• Experience with project management software
• Understanding of cost accounting principles
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
