Senior Estate Litigation Attorney

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on estate litigation matters.
• Draft correspondence, pleadings, and written discovery.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to manage cases effectively.
• Build and maintain client relationships through networking and business development.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of estate litigation experience.
• Active license to practice law in the State of New Jersey.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Client-focused, self-motivated, and comfortable with public speaking and business development.
