Senior ERP (Workday) Engineer - Remote

About the role

CLA is growing and seeks to hire an experienced Senior ERP Engineer to join our talented Information Technology team. This role offers growth, flexibility, and a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and improve Workday configuration and integrations to other applications using Workday Studio, Workday Cloud Platform and other tools
• Configure and maintain business process definitions in Workday
• Develop and support integrations (EIB) for inbound and outbound data exchange between Workday and other internal/external systems
• Configure and maintain domain security policies, and business process policies in Workday
• Provide technical direction on configuration and new functionality related to Workday
• Create and review technical documentation for new and existing processes, policies, and user guides
• Extend and Prism
• Participate in project teams that are either directly associated with the ERP or that use the information
• Communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing
• Be a level three application support for CLA’s ERP Team
• Review application updates and compare to business needs for impact on existing configuration and to identify opportunities
• Provide implementation support, Workday optimization related to business processes, security and data integrity for the applications
• Ideal candidate will be strong with Workday Adaptive, Workday Studio Integrations, & Advance Matrix reports

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience designing, implementing, or leading ERP
• 2+ years of experience with Workday preferred
• Experience with Workday Studio (including Studio Starter Kit) preferred
• Experience with Integration Development preferred
• Experience in engineering and testing ERP integrations to external vendors or other parties
• Detail oriented team player who is comfortable with managing confidential information in a professional manner

Qualifications

• Detail oriented team player who is comfortable with managing confidential information in a professional manner
• Experienced in Workday configuration, integration, reporting, testing and migration
• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
