About the Role
Coordinates company-owned and rented equipment maintenance, licensing, and utilization records for an assigned project or district.
Responsibilities
- Assists in managing all vehicle licensing, registration, and record-keeping for assigned project vehicles.
- Conducts inspections of equipment and parts.
- Handles logistics management and communication.
- Performs long- and short-range equipment planning and scheduling.
- Supports craft maintenance technicians by ordering parts, managing inventory, scheduling crews, and ensuring quality and safety.
- Performs additional assignments as directed by management.
- Schedules and monitors all vehicle and equipment maintenance and oil changes.
- Schedules all crane inspections to ensure timely and compliant maintenance.
- Works closely with third-party equipment rental vendors to track hours, hire dates, and total hours used.
- Maintains project utilization schedules for assigned projects or districts.
- Maintains knowledge of the company’s values and strategic plan.
- Supports published corporate policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Driver’s License required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to identify issues and recommend solutions to management.
- Knowledge of corporate billing software and MS Office Suite preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on multiple projects while prioritizing tasks.
- Willingness to work in both office and field environments.
- Strong work ethic, organizational, time management, and communication skills.

Pay
Salary range: USD $65,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year.
