We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we need to use headings for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO, disclaimer, etc. Must preserve all substantive info.
We need to parse the posting.

We could treat Physical Requirements as part of Qualifications or Requirements? The instruction only lists certain headings; we could put Physical Requirements under Qualifications or maybe under Requirements. But we have to decide.
We have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We need to map content.
- About the role: company description + position purpose.
- Responsibilities: Primary Duties/Responsibilities.
- Requirements: Education/Experience/Background (maybe also Required Certification/Licenses/Training? Could be part of Requirements). But we also have Qualifications separate.
- Qualifications: Knowledge/Skills/Abilities (maybe also Required Certification/Licenses/Training). But we also have Skills separate.
- Skills: maybe the specific skills like coaching, presentation, communication, problem solving, strategy, etc. But we could also put them under Qualifications. However we need to avoid duplication. The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine Knowledge/Skills/Abilities and Required Certification/Licenses/Training into Qualifications, and maybe Skills not needed. But we need to include a section only when posting has real specific content for it. If we don't have distinct Skills content beyond what's in Qualifications, we could omit Skills section. Similarly, Schedule: we have Work Environment (40% office, 60% projects, travel, on-call, etc). That's schedule-related. So we can include Schedule section.
Benefits: we have Benefits description.
Pay: Pay Range.
Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We'll omit Skills.
Now we need to format.
Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have sections: About the role (maybe includes company description and position purpose). Responsibilities (Primary Duties/Responsibilities). Requirements (maybe Education/Experience/Background). Qualifications (maybe Knowledge/Skills/Abilities). Skills (maybe part of Qualifications? But we can separate). Benefits (Benefits). Pay (Pay Range). Schedule (Work Environment? maybe includes travel, on-call, etc). We need to include only if real content. Let's extract: Company Description: Veolia in North America is the top-ranked environmental company... etc. This is substantive. Position Purpose: Reporting to the Senior Director of EHS, the Senior Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager (Sr. EHS Mgr.) will support the development and implementation of the Division environmental, health and safety and security (EHS&S) strategy... etc. This is also part of About the role. Thus About the role section can combine company description and position purpose. Responsibilities: Primary Duties/Responsibilities list (many bullet points). We'll put each as
for each section heading. Under each heading, we need to put content: either
for prose, or
- for lists. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. We need to ensure we don't include boilerplate: EEO, disclaimer, etc. Also remove "We are an Equal Opportunity Employer!" and the disclaimer about salary etc. Also remove "Additional Information" heading? Actually the posting includes "Additional Information Pay Range: ..." and "Benefits: ..." and then EEO etc. We'll keep Pay and Benefits but discard the rest. Also remove "Disclaimer: The salary, other compensation, and benefits information is accurate as of the date of this posting..." etc. Now let's craft content. About the role: We need to combine company description and position purpose. Company Description paragraph: "Veolia in North America is the top-ranked environmental company in the United States for three consecutive years, and the country’s largest private water operator and technology provider as well as hazardous waste and pollution treatment leader. It offers a full spectrum of water, waste, and energy management services, including water and wastewater treatment, commercial and hazardous waste collection and disposal, energy consulting and resource recovery. We can combine into one or two paragraphs. Responsibilities: list of Primary Duties/Responsibilities. We'll put each as
- .
Requirements: Education/Experience/Background:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Safety, environmental engineering, or equivalent.
- 7-10 years of related experience in Environmental, Health & Safety and Security compliance.

We could also include Required Certification/Licenses/Training here? But we might put under Qualifications.
Qualifications: Knowledge/Skills/Abilities plus Required Certification/Licenses/Training plus Physical Requirements? Might be too much. But we can split: Qualifications (knowledge/skills/abilities) and maybe include certifications under Qualifications as well. Physical Requirements maybe also under Qualifications? But we have no separate section for Physical Requirements; we could include under Qualifications as a subsection but still within
or
- . The instruction says use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Physical Requirements is a list; we could put under Qualifications as a list.
Thus Qualifications section will contain:
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities list (maybe as
- )
- Required Certification/Licenses/Training list
- Physical Requirements list
But we need to avoid too many thin sections; but it's okay to have multiple lists under one heading.
We'll format as
- for each item. Benefits: "Veolia’s comprehensive benefits package includes paid time off policies, as well as health, dental, vision, life insurance, savings accounts, tuition reimbursement, paid volunteering and more. In addition, employees are also entitled to participate in an employer sponsored 401(k) plan, to save for retirement." Pay: "Pay Range: $115000 to $140000 per year." Project exposure includes facility, remote locations and field environments including work zones. Frequent travel is expected. Must be available for on-call response to emergencies." Possible Work Hazards: "May be exposed to hazards
