About the role
We are looking for a Senior Enterprise Partner Success Manager to accelerate the onboarding process for a cohort of Enterprise schools by delivering a seamless, efficient, and partner-centric experience. This role drives faster time-to-value, team efficiency, and long-term partner success while shaping how GiveCampus builds Enterprise account strategy moving forward.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of 10–15 Enterprise accounts with significant growth potential and organizational complexity as the primary GiveCampus relationship owner end-to-end.
- Build and sustain executive-level relationships with AVPs, VPs of advancement, and other senior stakeholders, operating as a trusted advisor.
- Develop and execute account growth strategies, spotting expansion opportunities across product lines (online giving, events, volunteer management, platform capabilities) and collaborating with Business Development to close expansions.
- Maintain deep knowledge of each account’s org structure, budget cycle, political landscape, and product footprint to anticipate needs proactively.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support to remove growth obstacles and align the partner experience with our investment in the relationship.
- Build the case for, hire, and manage two junior-level Partner Success Associates once portfolio scope justifies it, delegating day-to-day support to focus on strategic and executive-level work.
- Report on account health, growth pipeline, and expansion forecasting to Partner Success leadership.
- Shape the future of GiveCampus’s Enterprise account strategy—this role serves as the model for what comes next.
Requirements
- Higher-ed advancement domain expertise: command of institutional org structures, budget cycles, and advancement priorities at complex universities and systems.
- GiveCampus product mastery: ability to become a genuine expert across the platform (online giving, gift officer, events, volunteer management, platform capabilities) and translate technical details into clear value for non-technical stakeholders.
- Account strategy and forecasting: ability to build and execute account growth plans, spot expansion opportunities, and report on pipeline/health metrics.
- Commercial/business-case building: translating expansion opportunities into structured internal business cases that a partner’s finance or leadership team will approve.
- Executive relationship-building: ability to cultivate "first-name, texting-basis" trust with AVPs/VPs, not just quarterly-check-in rapport.
Location
This is a remote-first role based in the U.S. While we embrace flexible, distributed work, team members are expected to attend multiple company-wide and team-specific onsites throughout the year.
