Senior Enterprise Partner Manager, Grocery
Join the Grocery & Retail team as a Senior Enterprise Partner Manager, where you’ll collaborate with strategic partners to drive revenue growth, operational excellence, and customer service. This role requires close partnership with merchant partners, Uber Eats support teams, and cross-functional groups (Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations) to optimize partnerships and deliver value for both Uber and its partners.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary advocate for merchants, navigating internal processes to deliver optimal outcomes for clients and the market.
- Build business models and perform data analysis with local/central operations teams to identify trends, provide actionable insights, and track productivity and success of initiatives.
- Maintain organization and attention to detail while keeping sight of the big picture, creating new ways to enhance existing partnerships.
- Drive and support key initiatives across business teams to grow strategic, long-term opportunities with partners, adapting to diverse needs and challenges.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from Product, Marketing, Operations, Legal, Finance, and other teams to align on goals and execution.
- Manage day-to-day interactions with top-tier partners, employing critical thinking and creative problem-solving to navigate relationships.
Requirements
- 6+ years of Partner Management experience, with a focus on Retail/CPG.
- Client-facing experience with large, complex accounts.
- Experience managing complex data sets and tracking/hitting multiple OKRs.
- Proven track record of managing partnerships.
Preferred Qualifications
- Retail/CPG or technology partnership experience.
- Strong product sense—ability to lead cross-functional teams in creating partner integrations that delight users and drive measurable impact.
- Self-starter and collaborative leader with a knack for analytical problem-solving and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
- Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, from Engineers to C-Level Executives.
Pay
- Chicago, IL: USD $142,000 – $158,000 per year.
- Dallas, TX: USD $142,000 – $158,000 per year.
- New York City, NY: USD $158,000 – $175,000 per year.
- San Francisco, CA: USD $158,000 – $175,000 per year.
Additional compensation may include bonuses, equity, and other types of compensation. Full-time employees are eligible for a 401(k) plan and various benefits.
Schedule
Unless approved for full remote work, employees must spend at least 50% of their time in-office. Some roles, such as those at greenlight hubs, require full-time in-office presence.
