Senior Enterprise Partner Manager, Grocery

The Grocery & Retail team is looking for sharp, highly motivated individuals to join our Enterprise team covering some of our most strategic partners! As a Senior Enterprise Partner Manager, you will work efficiently with our Grocery and Retail partners to drive revenue growth, operational excellence, and customer service. Responsibilities
- Be the merchants' go-to person and navigate internal processes to provide the best outcome for the client and our market.
- Build business models, perform analysis with local/central operations teams to understand trends, provide actionable insights, and track productivity and success of initiatives.
- Stay organized and on top of deadlines while keeping an eye on the big picture to create new ways to add value to existing partnerships.
- Drive and support key initiatives across business teams to grow strategic and long-term opportunities with partners.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from Product, Marketing, Operations, Legal, Finance, and other teams.
- Drive day-to-day interactions with top-tier partners using critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
- Lead cross-functional teams to create partner integrations that delight users and drive measurable impact.
Requirements
- 6+ years of Partner Management experience, with a focus on Retail/CPG.
- Previous client-facing experience with large and complex accounts.
- Experience managing complex data sets and tracking/hitting multiple OKRs.
- Consistent track record of managing partnerships.
Qualifications
- Retail/CPG or technology partnership experience strongly preferred.
- Self-starter and collaborative leader with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to flex between pitching in as needed and leading conversations with Engineers, Product Managers, or C-Level Executives.
- Strong product sense—knowing what makes a product experience not just good, but amazing.
- Speediness and resourcefulness—able to pick up things fast and operate in new spaces.
Pay
For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range is USD $142,000 per year - USD $158,000 per year.
For Dallas, TX-based roles: The base salary range is USD $142,000 per year - USD $158,000 per year.
For New York City, NY-based roles: The base salary range is USD $158,000 per year - USD $175,000 per year.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range is USD $158,000 per year - USD $175,000 per year.
For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program and may be offered equity awards and other compensation.
