Job Requirements and Responsibilities
- Lead the full deal lifecycle, enablement deliverables, required resources, technology support, maturity model, sales methodology etc.
- Create value for customers by understanding their business needs and demonstrating how Aquant’s solutions deliver results.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Account Playbook that outlines the “go high / go low” strategy for Enterprise accounts.
- Analyze the sales pipeline and manage a portfolio of opportunities to meet sales goals.
- Grow and maintain a multi-year account plan that aligns with the overall account goals and coordinates with various business units including Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Development.

Qualifications
Desired qualifications include 5+ years of enterprise software and solution selling experience in a startup environment, a consistent track record of goal attainment and overachievement, a dynamic and self-motivated approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology and service.
