About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Engineering Program Manager - Gas Turbines to drive the development of technical products, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality, innovative solutions. This is a hybrid position requiring 30% travel.

Reports to: Director Engineering Product Management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals and market trends.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring clear communication and understanding of technical specifications.
  • Define product features, enhancements, and new product opportunities, working closely with engineering, supply chain, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Manage the product development process, including coordinating cross-functional teams, setting deadlines and timelines, risk management, and ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery.
  • Own product KPIs and leverage data to make informed decisions, track progress, and report to leadership.
  • Ensure products are thoroughly validated and meet quality standards before launch.
  • Apply strong technical expertise in rotating equipment, preferably gas turbines, to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and successful product execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • 5–10 years of LM2500 Product Management experience.
  • Must read, write, and speak fluent English.
  • U.S. work authorization is required; the company will not sponsor work-authorized visas.
  • Successful candidate must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

  • Strong technical background with understanding of hardware development methodologies, design, manufacturing, and validation principles.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Demonstrated experience in product lifecycle management and driving successful product launches.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
