About the Role
The Senior Engineering Program Manager - Gas Turbines will drive the development of technical products, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality, innovative solutions to meet customer needs. This is a hybrid position requiring 30% travel.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals and market trends.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring clear communication and understanding of technical specifications.
- Define product features, enhancements, and new product opportunities, working closely with engineering, supply chain, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Manage the product development process, including coordinating cross-functional teams, setting deadlines, managing risks, and ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery.
- Own product KPIs, leverage data for informed decisions, track progress, and report to leadership.
- Ensure thorough product validation and adherence to quality standards before launch.
- Apply strong technical expertise in rotating equipment, preferably gas turbines, to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and successful product execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5–10 years of LM2500 Product Management experience.
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- US work authorization; the company will not sponsor work-authorized visas.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
