About the role
This role will serve as a key bridge between engineering, operations, and executive stakeholders to keep complex technical initiatives moving forward. You will own intake, triage, and prioritization for urgent requests while helping translate high-level vision into clear execution plans. The position also supports architectural transitions, cross-team dependency management, and greater visibility into product health and risk across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary engineering representative in cross-functional intake and triage meetings
- Manage the routing of urgent requests and ensure timely action on leadership decisions
- Track project dependencies with operations and provide clear upfront requirements to engineering teams
- Facilitate architectural transitions to improve product interactivity and responsiveness
- Lead internal engineering audits and support risk identification across teams
- Create and maintain executive dashboards to improve transparency around product health
- Clarify roles and optimize ownership dynamics during complex service rollouts across multiple product pods
Qualifications
- Thorough understanding of software architecture concepts, including microservices and API versioning
- Proven ability to convert high-level visions and meeting notes into structured project plans
- Expert-level proficiency in Jira and related workflow-mapping tools
- Skill in diplomacy and influencing cross-department alignment without direct authority
- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential workflow bottlenecks
- Demonstrated commitment to cultural values such as humility, inclusion, and leadership
- Experience in high-growth or pre-IPO technology environments

Compensation: $175,000 – $220,000 annually
