Our industry-leading portfolio unlocks human and machine potential to drive business growth, innovation, and sustainable success by connecting people, systems, and data that power the world’s largest organizations.
As part of our Data / Agentic initiative, we're building intelligent, autonomous systems that transform how organizations operate, automate, and innovate at scale. We're looking for a Senior Manager, Product Development to lead a high-performing engineering team responsible for designing, building, and scaling the next generation of AI-powered products and platforms. This is a genuinely hands-on engineering leadership role, ideal for someone who has taken 0-to-1 products from early concept into production and is still comfortable writing code, contributing to implementation, and staying close to the technical detail while leading talented engineers across the United States and partnering with some of the brightest minds in AI, Product, and Engineering.
Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and develop a team of highly skilled software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, inclusion, and engineering excellence.
- Stay hands-on with the codebase, contributing directly, reviewing technical implementation, shaping architecture and design decisions, and ensuring the team is building scalable, reliable, production-ready AI solutions.
- Drive the delivery of critical project initiatives, taking 0-to-1 Agentic AI capabilities from early concept through production at enterprise scale.
- Partner closely with Product Management, Architecture, AI Engineering, Data Science, and Design teams to deliver intelligent, customer-centric solutions.
- Help define the technical vision, engineering strategy, and execution roadmap for next-generation AI-driven products and services.
- Champion modern engineering practices, cloud-native development, automation, observability, and DevOps excellence to improve quality, velocity, and reliability.
- Build and scale distributed engineering teams while attracting, developing, and retaining top-tier talent.
- Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous learning, empowering engineers to innovate and solve complex customer challenges.
- Drive operational excellence across planning, execution, delivery, and post-release performance.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, including multiple years leading and developing engineering teams.
- Proven experience in engineering leadership roles where you have remained deeply technical and hands-on, including direct involvement in code, implementation, technical reviews, and delivery decisions.
- Experience building, deploying, and scaling production-ready AI/ML-powered systems, with a strong understanding of what it takes to move AI capabilities from prototype into reliable, enterprise-grade products.
- Hands-on exposure to production AI technologies such as Agentic AI, Generative AI, LLMs, autonomous systems, AI orchestration frameworks, or intelligent workflow platforms.
- Proven experience delivering complex 0-1 SaaS products in cloud-native environments.
- Strong technical foundation in software architecture, distributed systems, cloud technologies, and modern development practices.
- Demonstrated success leading geographically distributed engineering teams while building an engaging and high-performance culture.
- Experience partnering with Product Management and business stakeholders to translate customer needs into impactful technical solutions.
- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and modern software delivery practices.
- Passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing future engineering leaders.
- Ability to balance strategic engineering leadership with hands-on technical execution, including writing code, contributing to implementation, reviewing technical solutions, and stepping into architecture, design, delivery, and operational decisions when needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building platforms, services, or developer ecosystems that support large-scale adoption.
- Familiarity with enterprise software, workflow automation, observability, or operations management solutions.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
