Senior Engineering Manager, Enterprise Fulfillment

You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the technical vision and strategy for the Enterprise Fulfillment team
• Own the engineering roadmap and ensure high-quality execution of business outcomes
• Establish best practices for production services to meet high standards of reliability
• Lead, coach, and grow a team of 10+ engineers focused on superior picking experiences
• Drive recruitment to attract top engineering talent and collaborate across a larger engineering organization

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering, including 5+ years in engineering management of teams with 15+ engineers
• Proven capability to create and implement strategic engineering roadmaps aligned with business goals
• Hands-on technical leader with a background in individual contributor roles at senior or staff level
• Experience in staffing and mentoring engineering teams, including performance management
• Ability to collaborate with product managers and engineers in a dynamic environment

Pay

$221,000 – $279,500 annually
