Senior Engineering Manager
About the role
We are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to help build and scale engineering teams responsible for a new, cloud-native Stop Loss platform. This leader will be accountable for developing high-performing engineering teams, establishing strong technical and delivery practices, and partnering closely with Product, Architecture, business stakeholders, and external delivery partners. The Senior Engineering Manager will lead engineers through the full software development lifecycle while helping teams translate business capabilities and architectural direction into well-designed, production-ready software. This role requires a leader who can operate effectively in a complex, fast-moving environment while creating the structure, clarity, and technical discipline teams need to deliver sustainably.
