Responsibilities
- Manage and develop two engineering teams focused on AI Enablement and EHR Agents
- Drive execution against AI Unlock program and Athena lab-ordering roadmap
- Cook up delivery across teams and manage dependencies
- Oversee the hiring and onboarding processes for new engineers
- Report team progress, risks, and needs to leadership and partners
Qualifications
- BS/BTech (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- 7+ years total engineering experience with 3+ years in a direct managerial role
- Experience managing teams of 5+ engineers on complex software projects
- Strong technical background for deep engagement in architecture and code reviews
- Proven track record in hiring and developing engineers from junior to senior levels
- Experience or willingness to learn about regulatory environments, particularly HIPAA
