Senior Engineer, Production

About the role

Our site in Bedford MA is seeking a Production Engineer to join our team. The Production Engineer will sustain manufacturing processes and product quality assurance activities. They will lead continuous improvement projects to drive safety, process efficiency, and reduce product variation. This new hire will work closely with various business functions to support manufacturing processes and resolve customer product quality inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Sustain manufacturing processes to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production.
• Drive improvements in safety, yield, throughput, cost, and process capability through data-driven analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support equipment troubleshooting by providing guidance and hands-on assistance to remedy and correct issues.
• Support growth through capacity equipment and process qualifications.
• Own product quality throughout the manufacturing lifecycle, from incoming materials through finished goods.
