  • Evaluate system performance issues and prepare reports on transmission limitations, forecast assumptions, congestion management, and mitigation planning across multiple timeframes.
  • Lead operational planning analysis and collaborate with various service line groups.
  • Make decisions affecting project design, scheduling, and completion across departments.
  • Develop, review, and support the implementation of operating guides, agreements, and procedures for normal and abnormal conditions.

What Success Looks Like

Individuals who thrive in this role are curious, analytical problem-solvers with strong power system knowledge. They excel at prioritizing under pressure, communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical groups, and building productive partnerships. After one year, success looks like independently performing reliability assessments, delivering high-quality studies on schedule, contributing to operating guideline development, and being recognized as a trusted technical resource within Operations Planning.

Schedule

You will need to be able to work a rotating 12-hour shift schedule.

Pay

The base salary compensation range for this role is $127,000–152,000 USD annually. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met.
