Senior Operations Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and servers.
• Provide technical support to customers via phone and email.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in network management.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols, such as TCP/IP, and familiarity with common network devices.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools like Nagios or Zabbix.
