Senior Engineer - Hydropower Lead

About the role

This position offers the opportunity to be part of a team designing and managing hydroelectric and fisheries-related facilities, drawing on civil, structural, geotechnical, mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic engineering expertise. The role includes developing hydropower engineering work, building client relationships, leading large multidisciplinary project teams, and mentoring and developing staff across the southeastern and eastern United States. Responsibilities

• Develop hydropower engineering work.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Manage large multidisciplinary project teams.
• Mentor and develop junior staff.
• Work on and manage all aspects of large, multidisciplinary, complex projects, collaborating with senior leaders to provide practical solutions affecting renewable energy, water, and the environment.
