Key Responsibilities
- Lead building enclosure investigations, condition assessments, design reviews, and rehabilitation projects with minimal oversight.
- Conduct and oversee field reviews and performance testing; analyze findings and recommend corrective actions.
- Review drawings, specifications, and technical documentation to assess risk and develop durable, code-compliant solutions.
- Develop repair strategies, technical details, specifications, and contract documents aligned with best practices.
- Manage project financial performance, including scopes, budgets, and key administration tasks.
- Serve as technical reviewer and provide guidance to project teams to ensure quality and constructability.
- Strengthen client relationships and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Mentor junior and intermediate staff while fostering collaboration, safety, and responsible project stewardship.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Building Science, or Architectural Science from an accredited university.
- 6+ years of relevant experience.
- Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng.), or ability to obtain.
- Strong experience in building science principles, enclosure systems, codes, and construction practices.

Benefits & Perks
- The base salary range for this position is $117,000 - $150,000 annualized for a full-time role.
- You may also be eligible for discretionary incentives and share ownership.
