About the role
As a Senior Engagement Strategist, you'll develop innovative engagement plans that deliver value to healthcare clients and their audiences, leveraging research, insights, and creative thinking. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design engagement ecosystems, content strategies, and project briefs that drive business results and propel brand growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams to drive brand goals and deliver impactful engagement strategies.
- Synthesize insights from various sources into actionable plans that drive business outcomes.
- Provide expert insights into the value and limitations of online and offline channels, informing engagement strategies that deliver results.
- Conduct customer research, including insight mining, literature reviews, and behavior research, to develop preliminary findings and inform strategic recommendations.
- Develop and draft key deliverables, including workshop presentations, personas, customer journeys, and points of view (POVs) on marketing trends and industry insights.
- Become an expert in customer journey software, such as SuiteCX, and apply this knowledge to develop data-driven customer personas and journeys.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (preferred), with 3+ years of experience in healthcare.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office, with exceptional skills in building PowerPoint decks, and utilizing Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to actively listen, collaborate, and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with brainstorming software, such as Stormz, Miro, and Mural, and experience running workshops on online collaboration platforms, such as Zoom.
- High levels of accountability, integrity, and a willingness to work constructively through conflicts.
Pay
$80,000 - $110,000
Schedule
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
