About Our Client:This program focuses on the AI-accelerated and governed delivery of the Collections Feature Store, addressing challenges related to efficient and controlled feature deployment in analytics and data engineering environments. About the Opportunity:The SENIOR ENGAGEMENT MANAGER - PROGRAM MANAGEMENT is responsible for overseeing program management activities that ensure timely and governed delivery of the Collections Feature Store. This role contributes by managing resources, tracking progress, handling risks and dependencies, and maintaining stakeholder communication to support successful project execution. Responsibilities:Resource planning and allocationSprint velocity trackingStakeholder reporting and escalationRisk and dependency managementDelivery governance and milestone oversight Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related field7+ years of experience in Program Management, Analytics, or related disciplinesExperience with Agile and Scrum delivery methodologiesExpertise in resource planning and allocationProficiency in stakeholder and executive communicationRisk and dependency management skillsBudget and financial oversight experienceExperience with delivery governanceFamiliarity with Jira and MS ProjectBackground in data engineering or analytics program managementKnowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)Experience with production release and change management Pay Range and Compensation Package:Salary range of $160,000 to $180,000 per year base plus annual bonus Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
