Senior Engagement Manager - Program Management

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Engagement Manager - Program Management to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will lead program management efforts across complex, cross-functional initiatives with a strong focus on delivery governance, resource planning, and milestone execution. The position requires close partnership with stakeholders and executive leaders to keep workstreams aligned, surface risks early, and support effective decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring structure to fast-moving programs, with experience in analytics or data-focused environments and a strong understanding of Agile delivery practices. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $160,000 – $180,000 annually Responsibilities Plan and allocate resources effectively Track sprint velocity to help ensure project timelines are met Report progress to stakeholders and escalate issues as needed Manage risks and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle Oversee delivery governance and ensure milestones are achieved Support cross-functional coordination across program workstreams Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related field 7+ years of relevant experience in Program Management, Analytics, or related disciplines Proficiency in Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies Strong background in resource planning and allocation Experience with stakeholder and executive communication Skilled in risk and dependency management Familiarity with budget and financial oversight Proficiency in delivery governance practices Experience with Jira and MS Project Knowledge of data engineering or analytics program management Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Experience in production release and change management Benefits Remote work opportunity Annual bonus potential Engagement in cutting-edge AI projects Collaboration with cross-functional teams Opportunity for professional growth in a dynamic field Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
