Senior Engagement Lead - Property Risk Consultant
About the role
We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh as a qualified Property Risk Consultant for our US Property Risk Consulting team based in the U.S. While it is preferred to be near one of our offices, it is not a requirement of this role.
Responsibilities
- Advise and direct colleagues on the research and analysis needs for complex client projects and instruct them in data collection to offer best-in-class guidance to clients
- Drive the expansion of client relationships for large projects and harness opportunities to gain new work and clients
- Leverage expert knowledge of industry and best practices to advise clients on complex project approaches, methodologies and tools to provide superior results
- Leverage extensive experience to predict future roadblocks in client projects and formulate strategic action plans to prevent them
- Review client deliverables and provide advanced recommendations and analysis to support the project
- Lead highly specialized and/or unique projects for clients to provide exceptional results
Requirements
- Minimum of 8+ years of relevant professional experience
- Demonstrated experience in risk consulting, with a focus on property risk or related areas
- Prominent ability to manage large-scale strategic projects and coach team members
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in engineering, risk management, finance, or a related discipline
- Experience specifically in property risk consulting within insurance, brokerage or related industries
- Professional designations or certifications in risk management, engineering, or related fields; the following locations are preferred but not required: Chicago, New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Dallas, Houston

Pay
The applicable base salary range for this role is $139,800 to $297,900. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Schedule
All Marsh colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.
