Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Endpoint environments with 3000+ devices, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Proven expertise in managing OS, iOS, Linux imaging, patching, and automated software deployment processes to streamline device lifecycle operations.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell, Linux, or similar tools to improve operational efficiency.
- Experience implementing and supporting endpoint security technologies (BitLocker/FileVault, EDR/AV, MFA, vulnerability management).
- Provide expert support for hybrid and cloud environments, including Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure.
- Lead complex technical projects and initiatives, driving continuous improvement and innovation in Endpoint management best practices.
- Respond to high-priority incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align Endpoint Support strategies with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Expertise in PowerShell and scripting practices
- Proficient in knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Intune
- Proficient in Microsoft Intune MDM\MDA
- Proficient in VMware vSphere technologies and best practices
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Expertise in configuring and supporting Windows/Linux/MacOS/JAMF and Microsoft 365 products
- Strong customer service orientation with a keen attention to detail
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Highly self-motivated and skilled at empowering a highly collaborative team
- Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills
- Travel is required as needed
Preferred
- Preferred Certification in current Microsoft client technologies is highly desirable
