Senior Employment Litigation Attorney

Job Summary

Our small firm is seeking an experienced senior attorney with a proven track record representing employer clients. The ideal candidate will handle an employment law caseload including litigation, investigations, responses to agency charges, and advice and counsel matters. The position offers a manageable caseload with a billable hour expectation of 1500 per year, flexible remote work options, and opportunities to mentor newer professionals.

Responsibilities

• Independently handle an employment law caseload of litigation, investigations, responses to agency charges, and advice and counsel matters
• Manage a billable hour expectation of 1500 per year with support from paralegals, legal assistants, and law clerks
• Work from home two days per week
• Coach newer professionals and law students toward a similar route to success

Requirements

• Successful track record representing employer clients
• Experience handling employment law cases
• Ability to manage a caseload of 1500 billable hours per year
• Flexibility to work remotely two days per week

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in at least one state
• At least 7-10 years of relevant experience
