Laurel Employment Law is a fully remote, tech-driven plaintiff's firm that's redefining how employment law is practiced. Responsibilities

• Own cases from start to finish in a supportive, fully remote environment.
• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and mediation briefs using cloud-based systems.
• Argue motions, take and defend depositions, and prepare for trial.
• Drive strategy and make key case decisions with autonomy and impact.
• Use integrated tech tools to communicate, collaborate, and track performance.
• Negotiate powerfully to achieve life-changing results for clients.
• Deliver a five-star client experience every time.
• Provide mentorship opportunities for junior attorneys as they grow their practice.

Requirements

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
• 5+ years of experience in California employment litigation.

Pay

Base range $186,000 – $220,000 plus uncapped bonuses based on performance.
