Based in the greater DC area, we are a growing law firm looking for a talented Senior Employment Litigation Attorney / Senior Employment Counsel.

Responsibilities
- Handle plaintiff-side employment matters from intake through resolution
- Manage a caseload through all phases of litigation or arbitration
- Operate independently at the senior level with sharp attention to detail and clear communication
- Mentor, teach, and guide new associates in the practice of law
Requirements
- JD from an accredited law school
- Active Maryland Bar license
- Demonstrated experience in plaintiff-side employment litigation
