Senior Employment Law Attorney
About the role
This established law firm is seeking a Senior Employment Law Attorney to join its litigation team. The firm focuses on plaintiff-side employment litigation, representing employees in matters involving discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wage and hour disputes, and other workplace claims as well as plaintiff-side civil rights, fair housing, and disability rights matters. This opportunity also offers the chance to work closely with a shareholder who has built a nationally recognized franchise law practice and is looking to transition existing work and client relationships to the right attorney. Previous experience in franchise law or the firm's other niche practice areas is not required; strong employment law experience and a willingness to learn and grow within the practice are far more important.
