Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in embedded systems, with extensive hands-on work on Bluetooth® Low Energy-enabled devices.
- Strong background in C/C++ firmware development.
- Familiarity with Zephyr RTOS, Nordic SDK, or TI Simple Link is required.
- 3+ years of experience working directly with customers, supporting hardware bring-up in the field, or delivering production-grade embedded systems.
- Solid understanding of OTA workflows, power optimization, and memory-constrained environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; capable of guiding less-experienced engineering teams toward successful outcomes.
- Hands-on expertise with embedded build systems (e.g., CMake, Make) and cross-compilation toolchains, including porting and optimizing for constrained targets.
- Cryptographic know-how; experience with PSA or TF-M is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $126,000.00 - $249,000.00/year (final compensation is determined by experience level, technical depth, and interview performance)
