Senior Electro-Mechanical Technician
Job Description
The Advanced Capabilities and Systems Group at MIT Lincoln Laboratory is seeking a Senior Electro-Mechanical Technician to support a variety of prototyping efforts. Duties include electronic assembly and wiring from schematics, assembly, test and troubleshooting microwave circuits, mechanical assembly from drawings, fabrication of small vehicles, and work in both laboratory and field conditions.
Requirements
- Graduation from a two-year technical school or equivalent with at least five years of experience.
- Well-organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Experience operating technical experimental apparatus such as RF network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and RF power meters.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Excellent hands-on skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
Hiring Range
The hiring range for this position is $44.63 - $48.65 per hour.
