Senior Electro-Mechanical Manufacturing Engineer
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have About the role section containing the introductory description of role (the paragraph after "The Role"). Then Responsibilities, Qualifications, Nice to Have (maybe as Skills?), Compensation And Benefits (Pay and Benefits). The posting includes "Compensation And Benefits" with base salary range and benefits. So we can make a Pay section for salary and Benefits section for benefits, or combine? The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Pay and Benefits into one section? But they gave examples of Pay and Benefits separate headings. However we can decide to have a single "Compensation and Benefits" section with both. But they said use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we could have Pay and Benefits separate if content exists. The posting has base salary range and benefits list. So we can have Pay: base salary range. Benefits: list of benefits. That seems appropriate.
We also have "Nice to Have" which could be Skills section. Or we could treat as Skills. The instruction: Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have Skills for Nice to Have.
We also have Requirements? The Qualifications section includes both required and nice-to-have. But we can separate: Qualifications (required) and Skills (nice-to-have). The posting has "Qualifications" (required) and "Nice to Have". So we will output Qualifications and Skills.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID.
We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: Export Compliance, Equal Opportunity, "If you need a reasonable accommodation..." maybe considered legal? It's about accommodation; could be considered EEO/legal. Probably remove. Also "Building a spacecraft unlike any other requires a team unlike any other..." is motivational but not boilerplate; could keep as part of About the role? It's after "If you don’t meet 100%...". Might be considered fluff but still substantive? It's encouraging non-traditional career twists. Might be okay to keep as part of About the role.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
Let's extract content:
Company intro: "K2 is building the largest and highest-power satellites ever flown, unlocking performance levels previously out of reach across every orbit. Backed by over $1 billion in total funding from leading investors including Altimeter Capital, ICONIQ, Kleiner Perkins, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Redpoint Ventures, and T. Rowe Price — and with over $1 billion in signed contracts across commercial and US government customers, we're mass-producing the highest-power satellite platforms ever built for missions from LEO to deep space. The rise of heavy-lift launch vehicles is shifting the industry from an era of mass constraint to one of mass abundance, and we believe this new era demands a fundamentally different class of spacecraft. Engineered to survive the harshest radiation environments and to fully capitalize on today's and tomorrow's massive rockets, K2 satellites deliver unmatched capability at constellation scale and across multiple orbits. With multiple launches in 2027 and plans to scale to 100 satellites a year, we're Building Bigger — helping develop the solar system and build toward a Kardashev Type II (K2) civilization."
Then: "If you are a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and you're excited about contributing to the success of a high-growth Series D-funded company, we'd love for you to apply."
Then "The Role Partnering with design engineers early on in the process, you will ensure manufacturability, build the first prototype, design the build flow and fixturing, and finalize the process for transition to production. You will test out new techniques for manufacturing large satellite structures, mechanisms, and integrated electronics systems. In your first 6 months you will own manufacturing development for integrated avionics systems; define production-ready build flows, capacity models, and tooling strategies; and drive cross-functional DFM improvements that materially reduce risk, cost, or cycle time. In your first year you will lead implementation of advanced manufacturing techniques on flight hardware and transition prototype processes into stable, rate-capable production systems."
Then "Responsibilities" list bullet points.
Then "Qualifications" list bullet points.
Then "Nice to Have" list bullet points.
Then "Compensation And Benefits" paragraph: "Base salary range for this role is $140,000 – $175,000 + equity in the company Salary will be based on several factors including, but not limited to: knowledge and skills, education, and experience level Comprehensive benefits package including unlimited paid time off, medical/dental/vision/ coverage, life insurance, paid parental leave, and many other perks"
Note there is a typo: "medical/dental/vision/ coverage". We'll keep as is.
Then "If you don’t meet 100% of the preferred skills and experience, we encourage you to still apply! Building a spacecraft unlike any other requires a team unlike any other and non-traditional career twists and turns are encouraged!" This is motivational; we can include as part of About the role maybe after the role description.
Then "If you need a reasonable accommodation as part of your application for employment or interviews with us, please let us know." This is accommodation request; could be considered legal/EEO; better to remove.
Then Export Compliance and Equal Opportunity sections to remove.
Thus final HTML:
