About the role
STV’ is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineering Specialist for our Buildings Division in our Douglasville, PA office.
Responsibilities
- Perform client-facing lead duties on numerous projects
- Proficient in all our typical software programs (REVIT, AutoCAD, BIM360, ACC, AGi32, Visual, COM-Check)
- Create engineering documents and equipment specifications to meet contracted scope of work
- Ensure application of electrical engineering principles and design guidelines
- Provide construction observation, inspection, and field support such as: answering RFIs, reviewing and approving equipment submittals, and recording existing conditions
- Mentor interns and co-ops working under his supervision on his projects and assist other electrical engineers on their projects as needed
- Develop cost estimates for the electrical scope, create project plan and project schedule
- Obtain basic understanding of other trades such as architectural, mechanical, civil, and structural
- Show strong time management skills and pay close attention to details
- Show adaptable, agile, and responsive to quick changes in direction
- Demonstrate initiative and work independently under pressure to meet deadlines efficiently
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (BSEE) from an accredited electrical engineering university
Qualifications
- 9+ years of experience

Pay
Compensation Range: $149,671.54 - $171,053.19
