Senior Electrical Engineering Project Manager

About the role

Senior Electrical Engineering Project Manager with 8+ years of experience leading complex hardware and system development programs, combining deep technical expertise with strong program leadership to drive product development, risk management, and successful product launches.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional engineering programs from concept through commercialization.
• Manage hardware, firmware, systems, verification, and regulatory activities.
• Oversee requirements management, risk management, design controls, verification/validation, supplier management, and design transfer.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, drive technical decision-making, manage schedules and budgets, and communicate with executive leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in electrical engineering and product development.
• Background in regulated industries such as medical devices, robotics, aerospace, or industrial automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Electrical Engineering required.
• Master of Science (M.S.) in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Engineering Management, or MBA preferred.
• Additional training or certifications in Program Management (PMP), Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or Systems Engineering are highly desirable.

Schedule

• Duration: 12 months (temporary assignment).
• Work type: Onsite.
• Shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
