Senior Electrical Engineer- Project Manager

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer - Project Manager to contribute to landmark projects worldwide, with a focus on healthcare, aviation/transportation, or critical facilities.

Responsibilities
- Represent the firm in interactions with clients, contractors, architects, and other project team members.
- Design large projects, prepare reports and specifications, and provide high-level technical leadership.
- Establish design standards, specifications, and criteria for projects.
- Supervise preparation of reports and analysis of system options and building conditions.
- Maintain interdisciplinary coordination with other trades and project consultants.
- Monitor all correspondence between staff, clients, contractors, and owners.
- Supervise construction administrative duties, including field reports, RFI responses, bulletins, and addenda processing.
- Conduct periodic objective and comprehensive employee evaluations.
- Participate in and contribute to the business unit Technical Leadership Committee.
- Assist the Technical Manager and Chief Engineer in business unit technical training and staff mentoring.
- Help grow the team and manage and develop young mechanical engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
- 7–10 years of experience in a consulting firm, with a background in the MEP engineering industry.
- 3+ years of supervisory experience.
- Hands-on design and CAD/REVIT experience.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

Pay
New York Pay Range: $116,615 – $169,922 USD.
Schedule
Flexible hybrid schedule: Monday to Thursday in the office for 9 hours, Friday remotely for 4 hours.
