Senior Electrical Engineering Project Manager

Our client, a leader in regulated engineering and technology solutions, is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineering Project Manager to join their team in Newton, MA.

About the role

Lead complex electrical engineering and product development programs from concept through commercialization. Manage hardware, firmware, systems, verification, regulatory, and design transfer activities. Drive technical decision-making while managing project schedules, budgets, and risks. Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders. Communicate program status, challenges, and milestones to executive leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• 8+ years of experience in electrical engineering and product development, including leadership of complex engineering programs
• Experience managing hardware, firmware, systems, verification, and regulatory activities
• Expertise in requirements management, risk management, design controls, verification/validation, supplier management, and design transfer
• Experience working in regulated industries such as medical devices, robotics, aerospace, or industrial automation
