Responsibilities
- Supervise staff’s day-to-day responsibilities and mentor staff in technical knowledge and career development
- Lead projects from concept to completion, coordinating with multiple disciplines in-house
- Interface with clients, provide technical excellence, and manage project teams and schedules
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- 10+ years of experience in the A/E environment
- Demonstrated success in managing projects
- Strong engineering expertise in electrical engineering and knowledge of related fields
