We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, equal-opportunity, scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it — never emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. Prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to parse the posting for substantive content. Let's extract: - Intro paragraph about HDR culture, mission, etc. That's "About the role" maybe? Actually "About the role" could be the description of the role and company. We'll treat that as "About the role". Use

    About the role

    then

with that prose. - Primary Responsibilities: list of duties. Use

    Responsibilities

    then
    • each bullet. - Preferred Qualifications: list of qualifications. Could be under "Qualifications" or "Preferred Qualifications". The instruction says use headings like Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can combine Preferred and Required qualifications under "Qualifications". But we need to separate maybe? The instruction: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we can have Qualifications heading. We'll include both required and preferred under Qualifications. Could also have Skills heading for skills list. But we can keep Qualifications. - Required Qualifications: list. - "What We Believe", "Our Commitment": maybe part of About the role? Could be separate but we can incorporate into About the role. - Benefits: The posting includes "We provide a comprehensive benefits package that promotes employee ownership, employee health, performance, and success, which includes medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, life insurance, an employee assistance program, paid time away, parental leave, paid holidays, a retirement savings plan with employer match, employee referral bonus and tuition reimbursement." That's specific benefits. So we need a Benefits section. - Pay: The posting includes compensation ranges for locations: Boston, Bedford, Portland, Providence, Rocky Hill. That's specific pay info. So we need a Pay section. - Schedule: The posting includes "Schedule:Full-time". That's specific schedule. So we need a Schedule section. - Employee Status: Regular. Could be part of Schedule? Might be separate but we can include in Schedule or maybe not needed. The instruction says include Schedule section only if posting actually states them. It does state Schedule:Full-time. So we include. - Other metadata like Primary Location, Other Locations, Industry, BusinessClass, Job Posting date: Could be considered minor metadata; we can fold into a short

or drop. The instruction: "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can include a short paragraph for location info maybe under About the role or separate? Probably we can include a short

with location details. - Remove boilerplate: EEO statement, etc. Now we need to ensure we don't create sections with filler text. All sections we create have real content. We'll produce HTML fragment:

      About the role

      ...

      Responsibilities

      • ...
      • ...

      Qualifications

We could split into Required and Preferred but maybe just list both as
. Could also have two subheadings but not required. We'll just list all qualifications as bullet points. But we need to preserve all substantive information; not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include each qualification bullet exactly as in text. Let's extract qualifications: Preferred Qualifications: - Design experience adhering to National Electrical Code, National Electric Safety Code, IEEE codes and standards, and county, city and state codes, ordinances and standards. - Technical writing experience with equipment, construction and procurement specifications. - Minimum 10 years of experience in design of BESS, power generation, renewables, electrical distribution, or power system controls. - Understanding of BESS technologies as well as integration of these systems into traditional power generation and renewables generation facilities. - Understanding of typical communication network topology, fire alarm systems, and relay coordination - Technical knowledge to analyze and interpret technical data and documents related to battery energy storage systems. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for a broad range of audiences. - Ability to effectively support multiple complex and time sensitive projects. - Ability to multi-task by prioritizing, organizing, and scheduling work. - Identify and resolve issues effectively and efficiently. - Ability to interact with clients as well as design and construction teams in a positive and proactive manner. - Ability to adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment. - Ability to interface with diverse personalities. - Self-motivated and Team player. - Demonstrable technical writing/editing ability, commitment to quality in work products. - Ability to travel to support projects, meet with clients, or attend industry events. Travel required up to 10% domestic and international. - Strong interpersonal skills. - Preference is given to candidates local to New England area Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering with an Electrical emphasis - A minimum of 10 years experience in electrical design of buildings (lighting/power/systems); - Requires professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the location of the position offered. Example: Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng) license. - Extensive knowledge of building electrical power, lighting and signal design, including life safety systems and building management systems - Strong computer knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD, and electrical design software - An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must We need to keep them as is. Now Benefits: list as bullet list. Benefits: - medical - dental - vision - short and long-term disability - life insurance - an employee assistance program - paid time away - parental leave - paid holidays - a retirement savings plan with employer match - employee referral bonus - tuition reimbursement Pay: Provide ranges per location. Could be a list. Pay: - Boston, MA: $145,908 - $208,440 - Bedford, NH: $127,670 - $182,385 - Portland, ME: $115,511 - $165,015 - Providence, RI: $127,670 - $182,385 - Rocky Hill, CT: $133,749 - $191,070 Schedule: Full-time. We could also include Employee Status: Regular but maybe not needed. Now About the role: need to combine the introductory paragraphs about HDR culture, mission, etc. Let's extract: "At HDR, our employee-owners are fully engaged in creating a welcoming environment where each of us is valued and respected, a place where everyone is empowered to bring their authentic selves and novel ideas to work every day. As we work to weave diversity, equity, and inclusion into our work and foster a sense of belonging throughout the company and within our communities, we constantly ask ourselves: What is our impact on the world? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. The URL is part of the content; we can keep it as plain text. But it's a link; we could keep as plain text. It's okay. Now we need to ensure we don't include duplicated lines. There's a repeated line "At HDR, we are committed to the principles of employment equity..." that's EEO boilerplate; we should remove. Now we need to output only HTML fragment, no markdown fences. Let's craft. We'll have:
