We need to produce HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, no invention, no summarizing away detail. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, equal-opportunity, scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove the "Watch Our Story" link? That's likely boilerplate. Remove the "At HDR, our employee-owners..." intro? That's about company culture; could be considered About the role? Actually "About the role" is a section heading we can use for descriptive paragraph about role. The intro includes mission statement etc. Might be considered "About the role" content. We need to preserve substantive info: description of role, responsibilities, qualifications, etc. We need to parse the posting. Let's extract sections: - Intro paragraph: "At HDR, our employee-owners are fully engaged in creating a welcoming environment..." This is about company culture, not role specifics. Might be considered "About the role"? Could be omitted as boilerplate? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. This intro is not exactly boilerplate but is generic company description. Might be considered "About the role"? The role description later: "We believe electricity powers modern life..." That's more specific to role. So we could have an About the role section containing that paragraph. - Responsibilities: list under "Primary Responsibilities In the role of the Senior Electrical Engineer - Battery Energy Storage Systems we'll count on you to:" followed by many bullet-like sentences separated by periods. We need to convert each duty into
  • . Should we split by sentences? Each duty seems separated by a period and capital letter. We'll treat each as a list item. - Preferred Qualifications: list after "Preferred Qualifications". Many bullet-like sentences. - Required Qualifications: list after "Required Qualifications". Includes Bachelor's degree, minimum 10 years experience, PE license, extensive knowledge, strong computer knowledge, attitude commitment. - What We Believe / Our Commitment: This is about culture, benefits, etc. Could be considered Benefits section? There's also explicit benefits paragraph: "We provide a comprehensive benefits package that promotes employee ownership..." plus compensation range and locations. So Benefits section should include that. - Pay: The posting includes compensation range for locations. So we should include Pay section with that info. - Schedule: The posting includes "Schedule:Full-time". So we include Schedule section. - Industry, Employee Status, BusinessClass, Job Posting date etc: Might be metadata; we could drop or include in a short paragraph? The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we could include a short paragraph for metadata like "Industry: Power; Schedule: Full-time; Employee Status: Regular; Business Class: Power Generation; Job Posting: Sep 17, 2026". But we already have Schedule section; we could still include other metadata in a short p. But we must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no

Senior Electrical Engineer... etc. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Let's craft:

    • Technical knowledge to analyze and interpret technical data and documents related to battery energy storage systems.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for a broad range of audiences.
    • Ability to effectively support multiple complex and time sensitive projects.
    • Ability to multi-task by prioritizing, organizing, and scheduling work.
    • Identify and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.

(Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles eligible for limited benefits.)

    Pay

    The expected compensation range for this position depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles eligible for limited benefits.) {Boston, MA}: $145,908 - $208,440 ;{Bedford, NH}: $127,670 - $182,385; {Portland, ME}: $115,511- $165,015; {Providence, RI}: $127,670 - $182,385; {Rocky Hill, CT}: $133,749 - $191,070

    Schedule

    Full-time

We might also include a short paragraph for other metadata like Industry, Employee Status, BusinessClass, Job Posting date. Could add after Schedule maybe as a

but not as a heading. Let's add a short paragraph after Schedule:

Industry: Power; Employee Status: Regular; Business Class: Power Generation; Job Posting: Sep 17, 2026.

Check for any duplicated lines: We have repeated benefits note about full-time regular positions twice (once in Benefits, once in Pay). Might be okay but could be considered duplication. The instruction: remove duplicated lines. We should avoid repeating the same sentence. In Benefits we already have that note. In Pay we repeated it. Let's remove the duplicate from Pay section. Keep only the compensation ranges. Also ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "At HDR, our employee-owners..." we kept only role-specific paragraph. The initial paragraph about employee-owners and welcoming environment is generic; we omitted it. Good. Check for any EEO etc: we omitted. Now ensure we didn't invent content. All content is from posting. Check for any missing substantive info: The "What We Believe" and "Our Commitment" paragraphs about culture and employee network groups. Are those substantive? They describe culture, benefits, employee network groups. Could be considered part of Benefits or About the role? The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We already have Benefits section covering benefits package. The culture paragraphs could be considered part of About the role or maybe we could add a section "Culture" but not in allowed headings list. Allowed headings are only those listed. So we must fit into those headings. Could incorporate culture into About the role or Benefits? The About the role currently only has role description. Could we extend About the role to include culture? The instruction: About the role heading for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities...). So we can put culture description there. But we must not repeat job title as heading. It's fine. Thus we can expand About the role to include the culture statements: "At HDR, our employee-
