Responsibilities
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Excel at collaboration with clients and the project team, including internal AE and sub-consultants.
- Develop fee proposals, manage project budgets, and direct project teams.
- Lead medium to large projects and oversee and mentor younger engineers.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in electrical or architectural engineering from an ABET accredited program is required.
- Licensed as a Professional Engineer in the state of Maryland required.
- 16+ years of relevant progressive experience including experience in a Lead Engineer/Project Manager role.
- LEED BD+C preferred.
- Proficient in ETAP or SKM.
- Experience with Revit and the design of lighting and power systems for government, military, commercial, industrial, municipal and institutional facilities.
- Excellent reputation as an engineering professional.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Able to mentor and train younger engineering staff.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work cooperatively with others.

Pay
The expected compensation range for this position is $100,000.00 - $180,000.00.

This is an onsite position in our Baltimore, MD office.
