About the role

Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and delivery of sustainable, high-performance buildings.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions for complex projects.
- Lead project teams through all phases of the design process, ensuring quality and adherence to client and regulatory standards.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in the built environment.
- Proficiency in architectural software and building systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Experience with sustainable design principles and practices.
- Knowledge of green building certifications such as LEED, WELL, or others.
- Understanding of energy modeling and simulation tools.
- Experience with project management software.
