Senior Electrical Engineer

About the role

The Senior Electrical Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing electrical systems for Phoenix Tailings projects. This includes but is not limited to, developing detailed schematics, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and leading the installation process.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical systems for various Phoenix Tailings projects
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant industry standards and regulations
• Lead the installation process and provide technical support to field teams
• Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to integrate electrical systems into project plans

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in electrical engineering
• Experience with electrical system design and implementation
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards
• Ability to lead and mentor junior engineers

Qualifications

• Proficiency in electrical design software such as AutoCAD or similar tools
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
