Senior Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop RF assemblies
• Create detailed schematics for analog and mixed-signal circuits, including ADCs, DACs, and power supply circuitry
• Oversight of the layout of complex high-frequency printed circuit boards
• Design test fixtures
• Support prototype bring-up and testing
• Troubleshoot hardware issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, quality, and program management

Qualifications

• BSEE or MSEE required
• 5+ years of experience designing and developing complex electronic systems
• Strong background in RF and microwave circuit design
• Experience with analog and mixed-signal circuit design, including ADCs, DACs, and power supply architectures
• Expertise in schematic capture and high-frequency PCB design and layout
• Strong laboratory skills with experience using RF and electronic test equipment
• Experience designing test fixtures and supporting prototype evaluation and validation
• Ability to analyze system-level tradeoffs, identify technical risks, and develop effective engineering solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Proven ability to collaborate within cross-functional engineering teams
• Experience mentoring, training, and supporting the development of less experienced engineers
