Senior Electrical Engineer

seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to take on a leadership role within a growing engineering team. This position offers the opportunity to lead projects from concept through construction while mentoring junior staff and collaborating across multiple disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering projects from concept through construction completion
• Manage project teams, schedules, and deliverables
• Serve as a primary client interface and ensure project success
• Provide technical leadership and maintain engineering excellence
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers and support staff
• Cookordination with multidisciplinary teams across various project types
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) Required (non-negotiable)
• 10+ years of experience in an A/E consulting environment
• Strong expertise in electrical engineering design and systems
• Prominent experience managing projects from concept to completion
• Leadership experience with team supervision and mentoring
• Strong understanding of multidisciplinary coordination
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
