Senior Electrical Engineer

About the role

The Senior Electrical Engineer oversees the design, analysis, and implementation of electrical systems for a variety of projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements. This role leads discipline work on medium to large projects and could possibly serve as a project manager on some projects.

Qualifications

• Required Education & Experience: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering. 9+ years of progressive experience in the AEC industry, with a healthcare facilities or university/higher learning institution focus.
• Expertise with engineering software platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of industry codes, standards, and QA/QC procedures.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams, staff development, training, and mentorship.
• Experience with technical writing and proposal contributions.
