Responsibilities
- Lead electrical design for municipal and industrial water/wastewater projects.
- Evaluate and select electrical systems, including distribution voltage levels and equipment such as switchgear and motor control centers.
- Perform power system and lighting design for industrial settings.
- Conduct field investigations and support construction activities, including responding to RFIs.
- Ensure quality control for designs and compliance with codes, standards, and regulations.
- Mentor junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and related disciplines.
- Proficiency with design tools such as SKM, AGI32, and MicroStation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating resilience and leadership.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Experience leading teams and managing project deliverables.
Qualifications
- B.S. in Engineering (Electrical) or equivalent, plus applicable registrations.
- Minimum 10+ years’ relevant industry experience preferred.
- Registered Professional Licensure.
- IDEALLY, you’ll also have Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience within the Water and Wastewater Market.
Skills

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $115,000.00 to $150,750.00.
