Senior Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to provide technical leadership and oversight on some of the most advanced industrial facilities in the world. Responsibilities
- Serve as an expert within your discipline, applying specialized depth of knowledge to solve complex problems and deliver innovative solutions.
- Oversee designer work, lead project teams, and perform quality reviews of design packages while contributing directly to the most challenging aspects of the design process.
- Prepare technical specifications and construction documents, ensuring alignment between drawings and specifications.
- Interact directly with clients, owners, and contractors, supporting construction activities on-site and participating in proposals to identify solutions to problems clients didn’t even know they had.
- Work independently, with guidance only in the most complex situations, and serve as a trusted resource for quality and innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering
- At least 10 years of engineering experience with building electrical systems
- Electrical design experience for semiconductor facilities
- Solid working knowledge of NFPA 70 (NEC) and IEEE standards
- Extensive design experience with electrical power system equipment/components, such as Switchgears, transformers, panelboards, generators, UPS, etc.
- Experience with power system software, preferably ETAPE
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Team lead experience
- Ideally, you’ll also have Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Senior technical leadership experience
- Working knowledge of Revit or BIM software
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $132,900.00 to $182,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
