We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to provide technical leadership and oversight on some of the most advanced industrial facilities in the world. Responsibilities

  • Serve as an expert within your discipline, applying specialized depth of knowledge to solve complex problems and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Oversee designer work, lead project teams, and perform quality reviews of design packages while contributing directly to the most challenging aspects of the design process.
  • Prepare technical specifications and construction documents, ensuring alignment between drawings and specifications.
  • Interact directly with clients, owners, and contractors, supporting construction activities on-site and participating in proposals to identify solutions to problems clients didn’t even know they had.
  • Work independently, with guidance only in the most complex situations, and serve as a trusted resource for quality and innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • At least 10 years of engineering experience with building electrical systems
  • Electrical design experience for semiconductor facilities
  • Solid working knowledge of NFPA 70 (NEC) and IEEE standards
  • Extensive design experience with electrical power system equipment/components, such as Switchgears, transformers, panelboards, generators, UPS, etc.
  • Experience with power system software, preferably ETAPE
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Team lead experience
  • Ideally, you’ll also have Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • Senior technical leadership experience
  • Working knowledge of Revit or BIM software
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $132,900.00 to $182,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
