Senior Elastic Engineer
About the role
Everforth ECS is seeking a skilled Senior Elastic Engineer to influence the design, operation, and evolution of our enterprise Elastic SIEM solution. This role is central to ensuring the platform remains secure, highly available, and optimized to support mission-critical analytics, search, observability, and security workloads across the organization. The Senior Elastic Engineer will work collaboratively as part of a dedicated engineering team, serving as a technical leader in guidance, mentorship, and influence within the Elastic Stack. They will proactively detect problems, identify emerging risks, and implement preventative measures to maintain a stable and resilient environment. A core responsibility of this role is to drive thoughtful solution execution that simplifies operations and improves reliability. The Elastic Engineer will participate in change control processes, maintain rigorous configuration management practices, and ensure the platform adheres to security and compliance standards. They will also support adjacent teams including SRE, DevOps, and Security while providing guidance on best practices for data ingestion, dashboards, and alerts. This role will also partner closely with the Elastic vendor, engaging in support escalations, roadmap discussions, and collaborative planning around product innovation and new use cases.
